Here's the info to make your reservations at Mount Bachelor Village Resort (1-800-547-5204) for the U16 3rd Qualifier (Feb 19-20) & Sun Cup (Feb 21-24), and also the NW Cup Finals (April 12-14).

You must call to get these rates. The reservations can not be made online.

U16 3rd Qualifier reservations should be made for Feb 18-20 (2 nights). If you plan to stay also for Sun Cup make your reservations for Feb 18-24 (6 nights). Use group number 276754 for the U16 3rd Qualifier & Sun Cup reservations.

NW Cup Finals reservations should be made for Apr 11 - 14 (3 nights). Use group number 276739 for the NW Cup Finals Reservations.

Also, I think Mt Bachelor Village Resort cancellation policies are stricter then the last reservations we have made. Make sure you are aware of their cancellation policy.
