CMAC CAMPS

CMAC Summer Camps, held at Mt. Hood in Oregon provide skiers with the ability to continue developing their skills over the summer. In the fall, CMAC typically has a camp in Colorado in early November and Thanksgiving. Learn more about camps in the CMAC FAQ.
Note: if a camp is full, you can join the waitlist in case another athlete needs to cancel. 

How to register:
  1. Log in to your athlete's CMAC account (top right of this page).
        If are not currently a CMAC athlete and need an account, email the CMAC program administrator

  2. Click on the "Register" links below to get started.
Incentive to register early: a $100 late fee will be applied to all registrations within 30 days of the start of the camp.

    COLORADO Camp 2026

    Only athletes with Uros' pre-approval can register.
    Registration deadline is September 15.

    Dates: Arrive Nov. 6. Skiing Saturday Nov. 7 to Sunday Nov. 15.

    Location: Winter Park

    Overnight: the overnight option is usually offered to U16 and older racers and U14’s can attend as walk on racers. (If some parents of U14's feel ok with it and want to join the overnight group, have the parents contact Uros for approval and arranging appropriate roommates.)

    Camp Cost:  for full overnight service is $2800 or $230/day for walk-on. Ikon passes are REQUIRED for this camp. The overnight camp includes airport transportation, lodging, breakfast and dinner each day, coaching, and lane fees. Walk-on includes coaching and lane fees.

    Thanksgiving Camp - sun peaks 2026

    One year of ski racing experience (CMAC Prep or Race program or another ski racing program) is required. U8 athletes may participate by approval only; please email Lizzy at lizzy@cmacskiracing.com to discuss. Athletes must also be able to carry their own ski equipment for short distances. If you are unsure whether the camp is the right fit for your athlete, please email Lizzy. We want to make sure it is a positive and fun experience for everyone!

    The camp consists of 7 days on snow: Nov 22 - Nov 28.  Travel Nov 21st and return Nov 28 or 29.

    Everyone going to Sun Peaks will need a Passport or Enhanced Drivers License to enter Canada. (Check Visa requirements if you don't have US citizenship.) If you have a Nexus card, be sure it is current or has been renewed.

    Cost: $150/ per day for coaching and lane space.

    Lift Tickets:  This year Sun Peaks is an IKON Resort.  Full IKON Pass holders receive 7 days. We'll need your IKON pass number when registering for the camp. (Get this at https://account.ikonpass.com/myaccount.)  If you are going to train all 7 days with CMAC, don't use your IKON pass if you ski before the 22nd.

    Thanksgiving Camp is a walk-on/day camp. We meet at the race hill daily for free skiing and training. We will send out daily Signal Messages updates to inform everyone the training plan. All parents and racers can team up for travel and lodging as needed. Please download the app.  More info at www.signal.org  Signal has apps for all devices, not just phones.
