CMAC Junior and MM Full Time Fitness Testing

PNSA has decided that the USSA physical testing is no longer required for PNSA alpine team qualification. I will be doing a physical testing session for our CMAC racers at 9AM on June 12 at Tillicum Middle School in Bellevue. Tests will include box Jump, 400 meter run, 40 yd dash sit ups, push ups, and a few other tests. Testing is important to show strengths and weakness in your training. It's also good to see your progress through the years, and get comparisons amongst you peers. I hope to see you there.
